The simple bear necessities…
It’s definitely not the best year for the tourism industry but we notice a slight increase in the number of tourists joining us in our adventures.
Yesterday’s bear watching tour was a birthday surprise for one of our guests from France who enjoyed every second of the experience. Together with her, her husband and a great guy from Switzerland, we went in the forest around lake St. Anna to see the brown bears. Only one came eventually but he offered a couple of funny moments when he decided to scratch his back on the ground.
From time to time, we was looking around to see if there was another rival but no, he was alone until we left… talking about bear necessities, the raspberry and the blackberry are the brown bear’s favorite food during this time of the year, so keep this in mind when hiking in Romania!
